Most properties will allow a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom, including children.

Most 2-bedroom units will allow 2 vehicles and some 3-bedroom units, villas or single-family homes may allow more than 2.

No, the required deposit is credit base. With excellent credit you may normally have a required amount equal to 1 month's rent and with less than excellent credit or no credit the deposit amount required will increase. Ask about the No Deposit Option, exclusive at ZY

Usually, we require a deposit and first month's rent only. No last month may be required.

Most of our properties are pet friendly, the limits are based on the community / HOA where the property is located. (Non-aggressive breeds only). Remember your pet's vet records have to be up to date and a picture of the pet(s) may be required.

The credit application takes only 24-48 hours and you will have to pay at the time you complete the online rental application. The owners require the online application to set the deposit requirement. 

If the property is located inside an HOA or community, the HOA may require an additional application that includes the payments of HOA fees to process the application and between 20-30 days for approval.

An online application needs to be completed, and prospect tenants will have to pay for the application online around $39.00 per person. This application will help the owner set the deposit requirement.

If the rental property is located inside an HOA, an additional application will have to be completed and fees may be required. All HOA's have different fees.

First, there is an online application that needs to be completed. After you complete the online application, you will receive an email/text from us with the owner's deposit requirement.
